Lydie's little Family

Ramblings of a cloth diapering/baby wearing/ breastfeeding/ co-sleeping mommy :)

Anonymous asked: idk if you realize this but you are kinda of talking negatively about mayla.. "grumpy mayla" "balistic" "freaking out" she's 3 months old...

sunflower-mama:

Somethin tells me you aren’t a parent. What do you want me to say? “Yes Mayla was wonderful this morning, she lovingly screamed for hours, gently scratched the hell out of my face, and calmly ripped off of my nipple repeatedly for hours and finally screamed for one more beautiful hour before falling asleep for the first time since 4 am”

Nowhere did I show any indication towards feeling angry or negative about Mayla I’m just describing her behavior, which has been grumpy and ballistic!

what if the coins you find randomly at the bottom of drawers and in between couch cushions are actually from spiders trying to pay rent

THIS.

I have never thought about it in this context
that’s actually really, really creepy.

I… fuck.

Yeah, basically.

I once pointed this out to my mother and she just stared at me, in stunned silence for ages.

There will always be a girl who is less sober, less secure, with less friends walking in a darker part of town. I want her safe just as much as I want me safe.

This raccoon never left the side of a cat who was dying of a tumor. The cat was comforted for the final hours of her life by her long time friend.
-Hold the ones you cherish

This literally just made me cry

NO YOU FUCKERS ALWAYS MAKE ME CRY AT THINGS STOP

It’s heartbreaking how the racoon comforts the cat.

my heart……

So I cried

Yes!! I see so many parents stopping “weird” or different behaviors in their children. Who cares? As long as they are kind hearted I will always let my kids be who they want to be. Even if society thinks they’re odd. Their mother and father have an insane obsession with wieners it is only right they are equally as strange!

Pregnancy is stopping to push on your belly every now and then to make sure your baby is still moving.

Parenting is looking at your baby every ten seconds to make sure they’re still breathing.

The worrying will never end.

Glad I’m not the only one who did and does this lol
